Tucked into the New Marina and overlooking the water, Malu's Deli is where colourful, feel‑good food meets easy Red‑Sea mornings — golden croissant sandwiches, garden‑fresh bowls, our famous tarte flambée and proper barista coffee. Fresh, homemade and made just for you.

Start your day the Malus way. From fluffy pancakes, golden Belgian waffles and eggs benedict to our famous croissant sandwiches and garden‑fresh bowls — hearty, wholesome and served fresh from 8am, all day long. Sweet, savoury or somewhere in between, there's a plate here with your name on it.

Dinner & Drinks

As the sun dips below the water, Malu's Deli slips into evening mode. From Thursday to Sunday we stay open late until 10 pm — with the cocktail bar in full swing. Enjoy your drinks in the awesome mood of the New Marina by night: shimmering lights on the water, a soft Red‑Sea breeze, great food and even better company. Come for dinner, stay for a sundowner, and let the evening roll gently on.
